Possessed by Promise
God gives us His Word as divine promise. As life, circumstances, or the enemy come against us to dissuade us from God’s desires for our lives, it can be easy to shift away from His promise into fear, doubt, or worry. The Father’s remedy is shown to us in the life of Simeon as he waits for, and then embraces, the promise of the “Consolation of Israel.”
