This proposal will be used by the administration to determine whether or not to approve work on this project. Every proposal must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the project time frame and will require 2 weeks of examination by the administration. A clear, detailed and precise project plan helps understand how to better enable you to successfully operate it.
